To join Tilstock Bowling and Tennis Club or renew your Membership please fill in the form under the button below**sending your cheque to the subscription officer Roger Haynes (see Membership form for details). As a Community Amateur Sports Club Membership is accepted on application,without a joining fee. All Junior Members(those under 18) are required to have the Parental Consent Form below completed and handed to our Safeguarding Officer Simon Fullard or with a completed Membership Form to Roger Haynes.
Please be advised that all details submitted on Membership Forms and Parental Consent Forms are held in secure locations, on computers password protected and not linked to the internet, and are not shared with any outside agencies. Any date of birth details are not fully revealed when submitted to the SCGBA, for example, when annual membership returns are made, only the month and year.
**The membership form can now be typewritten from the form. To do so FIRST download from the button below say to your desktop. Fill in your details and then "save as" TBTC 2025" and then it can be emailed as an attachment to [email protected] if you are paying by BACS ,otherwise it can be printed off and handed to Roger Haynes with cheques or cash or pay by card at the Club.
